Ms.. Campbell , draws the Front Axal on top of Rock C . And places the Rear Dual Wheels beside Rock B. Other evidence to be a serious fact, is inches from Rock C. Are the trees that are 4 to 5 feet tall and are in perfect form. Standing up in there natural form as seen in exhibit 3 an4 , there no showing of any damage to the trees ,and that is not consistent in Ms.D. Campbell's testimony. In fact the trees clearly proves that she is lying and them trees are asentely holding up a 11.000 pd dump truck. Other issues that discredited the story is thr jack is would not support reasons why the 5 ton floor jack you see with the long handle upright that things were moved around would in essentially support Mr.Atkinson testimony, as all the evidence he has stated as why thing and the area in quslistion, it is this that happend. It is this that happend ,Deborah Lynn Campbell guided Mr. Atkinson back and as Mr.Atkinson was reversing and cutting the wheels all was going good the dump truck was not able to reverse any further as ,Rock C. Was at the rear of the dump truck and the back bumper butted up to Rock C. And in doing so the rear dual wheels spun and the rear of the dump Truck spun the dirt and the rear center come to rest on Rock B. And there you see the boards that she placed once the truck was jacked up ,boards placed under the wheels ,she let the truck down and then drove the dump truck out ,that is also supported in several ways.

If the witness was being truthful than the wheel would of crashed on top of the granit bolder as we demonstrated, when cought in that lie ,she responded and answered this way : I never thought about that . Look closely at the small boards where the rear dual wheels had spun to the point that the rear differential rested on top of Rock B . The two ruts are from the rear wheels ,and you can see the back wheels and front won't line up again this is math ,it's not for the best actor ,not for the best story tellers, each witnesses got cought lying. The evidence is this ,the math and the visual also confirms that ,Respectfully .John Atkinson .

Full Stop:1990 Ford 250 .4x4.1 ton. Dump Truck was backed in .
In this exhibit there are plenty of indicators to confirm this truck was backed in and not drove in. It did not crashed on to Rock C. The very best inductor are the trees, are inches from Rock C. Where you see tree's inches from Rock C. Them trees stand 4 to 5 feet tall (see exhibit 3 and 4 ), if the witness was not lying ,and we know she was, then them trees would not be in good form, would not be standing straight, and would be the good shaped there in , or are them trees showing signs of any sort of damage .you can use other of the exhibits to compare, other indicators are where the truck was backed in as I say , showen here the lay of the ground, you see the full length of the truck where the truck was parked, that evidence is a fact by Mother Nature, the snow fall has not covered the ground where it was shelterd by the truck , what you do see that also proves Ms.D. Campbell lied , you see where the actural (Granet Boulder) being Rock C. There is snow around Rock C. And a little less because the trucks back bumper was inches from Rock C. Annd you have wind didection and drifing snow patterns, The back was facing East and the front was facing West I have showen indicators of the wood where the front left driver's tire was stuck as I had the dump truck in 4 wheel drive, you can see the block of wood in that rut.
Furthest to the west as you see where the Dump Truck was driven out as the front wheels turn to steer on to the driveway I have indicated where the mud from the front tire sidewall the mud is wiped off of the tire now showing from the drive out from the side wall of the tire.

Exhibit 5-A. p.112 Deborah is asked a very simple thing! and the transcript above you read what she is asked, a very simple question right but she is not able to place the tire either way she is given the opportunity but as like one who lies is a liar. as i have said when you use the exhibits as i have, it is Math.

Exhibit 5-A .Above are and below ane amazing photo graphs but this one in particular is her evidence where and when she draws that line of the first axal straddled accross Rock-C. When she drew that picture, and it was held up to be seen , you can amgin the crown the Judge and my lawyer what we had all seen and what we were all thinking, she just drew the length of the dump truck, and you just need to look around to compear that distence with the 5ton floor jack ,or the boards in the ruts.

At the rear you see the green disposable bin and behind that you see the basketball board and also the hoop you can use the tree as a marker when you look at Exhibit 3. as i have also indicated and you clearly see more snow in exhibit 3. then there is in exhibit 2.in exhibit 2.you see where mother nature again has shid light of the truth and in exhibit 3. yoy see where the truck is there's a snowbank along the edge og that side of the driveway. She testified that these pictures that soon after the truck was out, she took the pictures. And when the judge finds this to be the case,he smirks to the crown regardless of all the evidence this judge was not able to comprehend, he was not able to tell the difference in these photographs .

and we see the front and rear don't line up so either way she can't put the wheel at the top of Rock -C because clearly it does not line up and it does not line up as she drew the placement of the wheels, the truh is and the evidence will always show the truck was never driven at anyone. By J.B.A
