Fresh evidence persented at Hearing,Jutice Myers -Maijers.

Need to make a few adjustments ,but very good evidence that is detailed and clearly ,well on this day I shamed ,David North,Crown Attorney Michell Lavassure, and agreed shamed justice Miyers -Maijers- I want to be clear about somthing on this day ,David North ,Amicus for the judge ,has now made himself a fool,to lie to me ,to say ,your honor I've look at Mr.Atkinson factum and I find nothing to show ,there's nothing that would give reason to Change your honors finding on guilty. The lying peace of ....,Mr Noth tries to abstract the corse of justice ,and the judge ,just a discrace to the men and waman who have taken an oath ,who we expect to honor there oath, but on that day them involved ,the evidence is clearly for us to see no crim ever took place .to be continued J.B.A.

In the exhibits you have seen the evidence that was presented by Franklin Faveri and i have pointed out in my Markings on the exhibits. so let's ask, judge and crown refused to answer, we still don't know if she as she testified then how did Deborah get the dump truck turned 180,degrees with floor jacks, how did the dump truck stay on top of the trees you can see the trees not wilted ,not showing any limes off so the tree is there and it's not damaged this is something you can see for yourself, and what does that means ,there was never a dump truck  on Rock-C, and the dump truck was never driven in towards Deborah, there is 35 areas without a doubt, positively proves the back of the dump truck butted up against Rock-C . Rock-C, the real length of the dump truck is 17 feet and not 4 feet, seeing is believing in this case, we have expert testimony, it is the Crown the who needs to prove  his case. All there Exhibits actually prove just the opposite ,for example Exhibit 2 . that picture i took in 2005, Deborah thought it would fit with ,what ever she was thinking at the time so even that i took it in 2005, and the picture is used by Deborah and gets used in this trial , well i tore there theory apart .Exhibit 2. The dump trucks is in the  regular parking spot , there you can see the truck has shelter the ground and there is the dirt you see beneath the truck, Deborah testified that all these pictures were taken very soon after they got the truck out and clearly mother nature is showing much evidence that is is not of 2008 and you'll see them pictures along the way, and another example , you see the green Disposable Green Bin, yet you wont find that disposable green bin in any of the exhibits, exhibit 3 it should be seen but is not , its just not of that year, something i found quit interesting something that goes with the natural setting is the tripod.  You have the experts witnesses tripod between Rock B and Rock C, how can this witness lie about everything in this case, and how did she turn the 2000pd dump truck 180 degree with the floor jack ,and the judge believes and says that she was very credible, finds Deborah very honest, and that's only a small part. The judge and crown and David North actually believe Deborah. And when the crowns other witness takes the stand and says he tried to drive it out, Crown Witness Raymond Summerfield ,says there are picture of the truck that they won't give up, how do i know, there on my computer. Deborah could not explain one thing truthfully. When asked why do you see the green disposable bin in exhibit 2 . And should see that bin in exhibit 3. but you don't.
